We are a leading accomplished BPO Contact Center with locations ideally stationed across the English-speaking Caribbean, which delivers outstanding services to clients primarily all over the USA and Canada.

Ideal Candidate:
- At least (4) GCE or CXC Ordinary passes including English.
- Excellent Communication Skills (verbal & written).
- Basic Computer skills including internet knowledge.
- Flexibility to work any shift assigned within the work hours, including; holidays.
- Ability to work independently using own initiative and be well organized, as well as the ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a team member.
