Limitless BPO is a multi-channel International near shore BPO Contact Center, located less than 5 hours flight time from JFK New York or Miami International in Florida. We are a leading accomplished BPO Contact Center with locations ideally stationed across the English-speaking Caribbean, which delivers outstanding services to clients primarily all over the USA and Canada.

Our contact center locations offer near-shore services which operate as an extension of our clients. Our operations are in the beautiful Caribbean islands of Jamaica and St. Vincent & the Grenadines and our registered corporate office is in West Palm Beach, Florida United States.

Employee Brainstorming Session

We are growing rapidly and seeking passionate, driven, and goal-oriented professionals to join our team. CCSEs will be provided with the requesite training, coaching, and mentoring by our experienced management team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least (4) GCE or CXC Ordinary passes including English.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic Computer skills including internet knowledge.
  • Flexibility to work any shift assigned within the work hours, including; holidays.
  • Ability to work independently using own initiative and be well organized, as well as the ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a team member.
